Another well-deserving recipient of a Naturally North Shore Customer Service Award!
This month’s service spotlight goes to none other than Karen James from Escape Travel Wear. A part of the North Shore community for 17 years, Karen is well known for the warm service she provides to all her customers. As her nominator says, “She goes above and beyond. From free alterations to delivering orders to the homes of customers who have transportation challenges, her caring and compassion know no bounds!”

Wrapping up an incredible year of local service, 2025’s final Naturally North Shore Customer Service Award goes to….Robbie Doyle from Delany’s Coffee House!
As Robbie’s nominator expresses, “Every time someone walks through the door, she makes them feel seen, heard, and welcomed. That kind of kindness can’t be taught, and it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s obvious that she doesn’t do this because it’s her job; it’s because she genuinely cares about people. “

The Naturally North Shore Customer Service Awards were established to celebrate those individuals who work in the tourism and hospitality industry who embody the open and welcoming spirit of the North Shore. Nominated by the customers they serve, as well as co-workers, winners receive public recognition from city officials as well as some coveted swag that includes gift cards to local businesses.
All monthly award winners will be invited to our fabulous year-end Gala to be held in February 2025 where they will be wined and dined and further celebrated for all their hard work and dedication.
